On Tuesday evening at approximately 11:07 PM, police respond to a 911 call of an assault in progress inside 3442 Mickle Avenue in the Williamsbridge section of Bronx, New York. Upon arrival, officers observe a 31-year-old woman identified as Jessica Hoyle with a gunshot wound to the head. EMS responds and pronounces the victim dead on the scene. Personnel from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner bring out the body of 31-year-old female Jessica Hoyle from the home. There are no arrests, and the investigation is ongoing.
