School Stabbing Reported At Fort Lee High School In Fort Lee New Jersey

The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Unit and the Fort Lee Police Department investigate a stabbing at Fort Lee High School in Fort Lee, New Jersey, United States, on April 8, 2025. On April 8, 2025, at approximately 10:52 a.m., the Fort Lee Police Department responds to an emergency radio call from an officer assigned to Fort Lee High School. The officer reports a stabbing at Fort Lee High School, located at 3000 Lemoine Avenue in Fort Lee, NJ. Additional police units are dispatched, and responding officers discover a male juvenile student has been stabbed multiple times. The victim is transported to an area hospital for treatment of his injuries and is currently listed in critical condition. The assailant, another student and also a juvenile, is apprehended on scene and is currently in custody. During the incident, Fort Lee High School is placed on lockdown. While the investigation continues, security measures remain in place at the school as a precaution.
