World's Highest Rail Bridge In Jammu And Kashmir

The Chenab Rail Bridge is a railway bridge over the Chenab River in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir. It is a steel and concrete structure spanning 1,315 meters (4,314 feet) across the river gorge. The structure consists of an approach bridge that is 530 meters (1,740 feet) long and a 785-meter (2,575-foot) long deck arch bridge.
