Demographic problems in Nagorno-Karabakh

A view of the entrance to the half destroyed house in Mataghis, a village situated near the Karabkh-Azerbaijani border, where Olya Hakobyan and her husband lived before the Azerbaijani bombardments that took place during the night of 27-28 April 2016. The couple survived the disaster, then was evacuated and put temporarly in a Hotel room in Stepanakert. Both are missing their house, and the husband just returned to the village to start the reconstruction work inside and around their house. This is the second time when the couple must to start again the reconstruction of their house, after the early 90's war and the last April Azerbaijani bombardment.
