In Paris, France, on May 17, 2025, the ''Memorial to the Forgotten'' by artist Jean-Luc Verna is inaugurated on the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, and Transphobia. The event includes the presence of the Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, and the deputy mayor of Paris in charge of combating discrimination, Jean-Luc Romero.
