Man Fatally Shot To The Head By The NYPD 28th Precinct Building At 2271 Frederick Douglass Boulevard
An unidentified man is shot and killed by the NYPD near the 28th Precinct building at 2271 Frederick Douglass Boulevard in Harlem, Manhattan, New York, on May 18, 2025. On Sunday evening at approximately 11:43 PM, police respond to the rear of 2271 Frederick Douglass Boulevard, where they find an unidentified man with a gunshot wound to the head. The man is transported by EMS to St. Luke's Hospital, where he is pronounced dead. There are no arrests, and the investigation is ongoing.
