World Environment Day
A 30-foot-long fish-shaped sand art installation is seen on the eastern coast of the Bay of Bengal, at a beach in Puri, 65 km from the capital city of the eastern Indian state of Odisha. It is being created by sand artist Sudarshan Pattnaik using 1,000 plastic bottles, as part of a World Environment Day campaign to raise public awareness against the use of plastic.
