Animal Hides Arrive In Posta On Eid’s Third Day

On the third day of Eid, in Dhaka, Bangladesh, on June 9, 2025, the hides of sacrificial animals from Dhaka and surrounding areas arrive at Posta in Lalbagh, Old Dhaka. Wholesalers collect hides from seasonal traders in the afternoon. Initially, the hides are preserved with salt in warehouses. From there, they are supplied to the tannery industrial area in Savar.
