QUEBEC CITY, CANADA - JUNE 11: HMCS Frederick Rolette (AOPV 434), a Harry DeWolf-class offshore patrol vessel of the Royal Canadian Navy, made a spectacular arrival into Port of Quebec on the Saint Lawrence River on June 11, 2025, in Quebec CIty, Quebec, Canada. The vessel is in port ahead of its official commissioning ceremony on June 13, which will formally induct it into service as the fifth Arctic and Offshore Patrol Vessel delivered through Canada's National Shipbuilding Strategy.
