38-year-old Man, Victor Bautista Fatally Shot To The Chest On Trinity Avenue And East 149 Street
A 38-year-old man identified as Victor Bautista is fatally shot on Trinity Avenue and East 149 Street in Bronx, New York, United States, on June 17, 2025. On Tuesday morning at approximately 7:46 AM, within the confines of the 40th precinct, police find a 38-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the chest. EMS responds and transports Bautista to NYC Health and Hospitals/Lincoln where he is pronounced dead. There are no arrests, and the investigation remains ongoing.
