1 Man Killed, 2 Others Injured In Shooting And Slashing At Westchester Avenue And Southern Boulevard Within The Confines Of The 41 Precinct In The Longwood Neighborhood

An 18-year-old man is fatally shot, a 38-year-old man is injured after being shot, and a 15-year-old boy suffers a laceration to the lip at Westchester Avenue and Southern Boulevard within the confines of the 41st precinct in the Longwood neighborhood of the Bronx, New York, United States, on July 8, 2025. The NYPD responds at approximately 3:50 PM, Tuesday afternoon to the scene where an 18-year-old man is fatally shot, a 38-year-old man is wounded after being shot in the leg, and a 15-year-old boy sustains a laceration to the lip in the incident in Longwood, the Bronx, New York. The New York City Police Department is searching for several suspects. Blood is found at the scene as well as a shoe and other pieces of evidence.
