Construction occurs outside the Quebec City Armoury building in Old Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, on June 25, 2025. The Voltigeurs de Quebec Armoury, formerly known as Grande-Allee Armoury (Manege militaire Grande-Allee, or simply Manege militaire), serves as a Gothic Revival drill hall for the infantry regiment Les Voltigeurs de Quebec in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada.
