One Year Old Girl Drowns At Day Care Center Pool At 2117 Story Avenue

A 1-year-old girl dies in a drowning in the Bronx. The child is taken to Montefiore-Einstein Medical Center, where she is pronounced dead. Police say it happens at 2117 Story Avenue, a home-based daycare center in Unionport, Bronx, New York, United States, on August 4, 2025.
