Members of the NYPD Crime Scene Unit work the scene, collect, and mark evidence where a 34-year-old man is fatally shot in the area of 710 Croes Avenue within the confines of the 43 Precinct/PSA 8 in Bronx, New York, United States, on August 26, 2025. On Tuesday afternoon at approximately 1:11 PM, police respond and discover a 34-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the torso. EMS responds and transports the male to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi where he is pronounced dead. There are no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.
