South Korea and U.S. Army Conduct Joint River Crossing Drill
In Yeoju, South Korea, on August 27, 2025, ROK Army 7th Corps Engineer Brigade and U.S. Army 11th Engineer Battalion of the 2nd Infantry Division soldiers take part in a joint bridging drill near the Southern Han River in Yeoju, South Korea. The three-day exercise kicks off on Monday near the Namhan River in Yeoju, about 65 kilometers southeast of Seoul, involving around 300 troops and approximately 150 pieces of equipment, including KM3 amphibious bridging vehicles and ribbon bridge systems, according to the Army.
