Residents of the Sierra Madre Sur region of Mexico visit their community cemetery to adorn the graves of their loved ones with marigolds in honor of Mexico's Day of the Dead. The marigold symbolizes the Day of the Dead in Mexico, and thanks to its color and aroma, it is one of the most representative elements of the offerings to the deceased.
