Front-line Orikhiv in southeastern Ukraine suffers from daily Russian shelling
Soldiers stand at the road sign marking the limits of the Zaporizhzhia (former Orikhiv) district in the Zaporizhzhia region, Ukraine, on November 13, 2025. Almost 95% of critical infrastructure lies in ruins in the front-line town. Each day, Russian forces bombard the area with guided bombs and attack drones, striking civilian vehicles and the remaining homes. Russian troops often conduct a ''Russian safari,'' targeting cyclists and pedestrians who still inhabit the front-line areas near the contact line.
