San Antonio Missions National Historic Site

The Mission San Juan (Mision San Juan Capistrano) is established in 1716. The mission is renamed and moved in 1731 to San Antonio. It is listed on the National Register on February 23, 1972. Through a partnership between the US National Park Service and the Arch Diocese of San Antonio, Texas, USA, Sunday church services (in both English and Spanish) are still conducted there.
