Members of the NYPD crime scene unit, federal investigators, FDNY officials, and others work at the scene where multiple suspects reportedly use a Molotov cocktail in an arson attack at 131 Christopher St. within the confines of the sixth precinct in Manhattan, New York, United States, on December 3, 2025. The incident transpires on Wednesday morning at approximately 3:11 AM. The FDNY and the New York City Police Department are currently investigating as they establish a security cordon to search for those who committed the crime. It is unknown at this time what type of device is used; however, numerous sources report it is a Molotov cocktail. Several investigators are on the scene where numerous windows at a barber shop are shattered and broken. Evidence markers line the street at the scene of the crime.
