Upon arrival, officers observe a 38-year-old male later identified as Gregory Stewart, who sustains a gunshot wound to the head inside a stairwell at the location. Stewart is transported by EMS to NYC Health+Hospitals/Jacobi, where he is pronounced deceased. A person of interest is taken into custody, and the investigation remains ongoing.
