Several hundred people respond to the call from collectives and the family of El Hacen Diarra to gather in front of the Foyer des Muriers in the 20th arrondissement of Paris. The gathering is a tribute to El Hacen Diarra, a 35-year-old Mauritanian man who is arrested by police on the night of January 14-15 and taken into custody at the police station in Paris's 20th arrondissement, where he dies of a heart attack.
