Tornado damage is seen at a solar energy farm in Aroma Park, Illinois, on March 17, 2026, following a tornado that touched down in Kankakee County. On March 10, 2026, a powerful supercell produced an intense EF-3 tornado and hail over 6 inches in diameter in Kankakee, Illinois, and surrounding areas, including parts of Indiana.
