Clara Brugada, Head of Government of Mexico City, inaugurates the rehabilitation of the exterior of Azteca Stadium, a venue for the 2026 World Cup, in Mexico City, Mexico, on March 25, 2026. The improvements include the remodeling of the Huipulco Bridge, the road around the stadium, Tecuiche Park, the rain garden, and the CETRAM bus station. The Mexico City government reports repaving 10 kilometers of the Azteca circuit, which connects Calzada de Tlalpan with Avenida del Iman, as well as installing 472 new streetlights and rehabilitating the Huipulco bus station.
