FBI Evidence Response Team Processes Scene And Collects Evidence Following Discovery Of Suspicious Device On Odell Avenue In White Plains New York

Members of the FBI Evidence Response Team collect evidence following the discovery of a suspicious device on Odell Avenue in White Plains, New York, United States, on March 30, 2026. Earlier that morning, the White Plains Police Department responded to reports of a possible transformer explosion in the area at approximately 4:28 AM. After checking several transformers and finding no damage, a police officer observed a small explosive device near the doorway of an apartment building at 11 Odell Avenue around 6:08 AM. Additional units established a perimeter, and residents nearby were instructed to shelter in place as a precaution.
