Hugo Biolcati, former president of the Sociedad Rural Argentina (SRA) and a key figure in the Mesa de Enlace during the conflict over Resolution 125, dies at the age of 82. Biolcati serves as president of the SRA from 2008 to 2012, succeeding Luciano Miguens. He assumes leadership during the conflict over mobile export taxes that lasts four months between the agricultural sector and the government of Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner.
