1 Boy Dead, Another Critical After Shooting In Northeast Washington DC

Acting Police Chief Jeffery Carroll states that possibly two shooters approached the victims and opened fire. The victims are possibly aged 12 and 13. Several evidence markers are located at the scene, including a tent covering the body of the deceased boy. There are no arrests, and the investigation is ongoing.
