Skiers take advantage of exceptional late-season snow conditions under clear blue skies at one of northern Greece's premier alpine resorts, situated at an altitude of 2,052 to 2500 meters on Mount Vorras near the border with North Macedonia. Chairlifts transport skiers to the upper pistes while the clear sky offers view of the snow capped mountains and lakes around. The resort continues to attract winter sports enthusiasts well into spring and Easter time, defying the seasonal calendar with abundant natural snowpack on the slopes.
