Expedited lanes for San Diego higher education students living in Mexico are open at the San Ysidro Port of Entry in Tijuana, Mexico, on April 23, 2026, through the Coordinated Access Program Lane next to general traffic and SENTRI lanes at pedestrian border crossings.
