Russian attack on Dnipro destroys apartment block, killing at least 4
A van of the State Emergency Service is outside a four-storey apartment block damaged in Dnipro, Ukraine, on April 25, 2026. Russian forces launch a large-scale overnight missile and drone operation on the east-central city, damaging five multi-storey buildings, an industrial facility, a gas station, a store, and private cars. Four people are confirmed dead, while the number of injured has risen to 27, including two children. More people may remain trapped beneath the debris as search and rescue operations are ongoing.
