Iran-IRIS Paykan

A scale model of IRIS Paykan, an Iranian-made Sina-class fast attack craft, is photographed at Behesht-e Zahra cemetery in southern Tehran, Iran, on May 4, 2026. The original IRIS Paykan was sunk on November 28, 1980, during the Iran-Iraq War, when Iraqi aircraft struck the vessel with missiles following its participation in Operation Morvarid.
