The Government Of Brazil Has Created A Law For The Sale And Consumption Of Chocolate

A new law regarding the sale and consumption of chocolate is established in Brazil, requiring all chocolate to contain at least 35 percent total cocoa solids, with at least 18 percent being cocoa butter, effective from May 11, 2026.
