Kyiv comes under massive attack of Russian drones and missiles
Rescuers from the State Emergency Service remove rubble at a nine-storey apartment block damaged by a missile and drone strike in Kyiv, Ukraine, on May 14, 2026. A large-scale operation targeted the Ukrainian capital, involving more than 670 drones and 56 missiles of various types. The strike damaged 11 multi-storey residential buildings, cars, a supermarket, two car dealerships, two petrol stations, a business centre, and a service station.
