The B738 airplane has tail number registration 9H-QCC on the airframe and is powered by 2x CFMI jet engines. Malta Air is a fully owned subsidiary of Ryanair Group operating Ryanair routes across Europe. Ryanair, is the largest budget airline in Europe, founded in Ireland in 1984, operates a fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft serving hundreds of destinations across Europe and beyond, carrying over 200 million passengers annually.
