The owner, the Order of Canons Regular of the Lateran, grants permission for the building's management, De Silva Haus S.A. The demolition involves the eviction of residents and the closure of venues such as the Eszeweria bar. City officials announce changes to the development plan and assistance for residents; however, the rent of the premises was increased, leading to closures by the end of May.
