18-year-old Male Shot To The Chest At NYCHA Complex At 31-07 49th Street
NYPD officers work at the scene where an 18-year-old male was fatally shot in the chest and back at a NYCHA complex at 31-07 49th Street within the confines of the 114th precinct, PSA 9 in Queens, New York, United States, on June 7, 2026. After midnight, officers observed the victim with gunshot wounds. EMS responded and transported him to NYC Health and Hospitals/Elmhurst, where he was pronounced dead. Members of the NYPD Crime Scene Unit process the scene and place evidence markers. There are no arrests at this time, and the investigation remains ongoing.
