Russia Strikes A UNESCO World Heritage Orthodox Monastery In Kyiv.

Firefighters extinguish a fire in the historic Arsenal building in Kyiv, Ukraine, on June 15, 2026, after it was struck by a Russian Shahed drone. The incident occurred following a large-scale overnight military operation by Russia amid the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. The Arsenal building is located next to Kyiv's UNESCO-listed Kyiv Pechersk Lavra. At least five people are reported dead.
