21-year-old Man Fatally Shot To The Head Outside Of 413 E 187 Street Within The Confines Of The 48 Precinct

Members of the NYPD Crime Scene Unit collect evidence at the location where a 21-year-old man was fatally shot in the head outside 413 E 187 Street in the Bronx, New York, United States, on June 22, 2026. Police responded on Monday evening at approximately 6:57 PM and found the man with a gunshot wound to the head. Emergency Medical Services transported him to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. There are no arrests, and the investigation is ongoing.
