Wreaths Festival In Krakow

Traditional throwing of wreaths into the Vistula River takes place during the Wreaths Festival on Rodla Boulevard in Krakow, Poland, on June 20, 2026. The Wreaths Festival is an annual event organized during the summer solstice, known as Kupala Night. This holiday is rooted in Slavic traditions and rituals, where herbs and flowers play an important role. Participants can weave wreaths, throw them into the Vistula River, or attend concerts near Wawel Castle. (Photo by Klaudia Radecka/NurPhoto)
