Philadelphia Police maintain a crime scene cordon at a home after the FBI conducts a two-day operation on the 400 block of West Chew Avenue in the Olney neighborhood in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, on June 29, 2026. Eugene Horsch, 44, is in custody. Investigators are also examining possible links between Horsch and at least two missing women.
