10th National Conference of the FARC

Luciano Marín Arango, aka Ivan Márquez is a Colombian guerrilla leader, member of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) in the village of Campo Hermoso is the border of the FARC EP and the Colombian State on 19 September 2016. In August 2016 he concluded a peace agreement with the Colombian President Manuel Santos, ending the Colombian civil war.
