Death Toll Climbs During Philippines' War on Drugs
A 2-dead body of man is lying on the road along Samat Street in Santo Domingo Quezon City on 6 September 2016. According to police report, the police personnel are having a check point, when they spotted a tricycle coming in their position but they refuse to proceed then turn back, then the police follow them because of suspicious movement, until the two men riding in tricycle use the gun to fight the police.When President Rodrigo Duterte won the 2016 Presidency, one of his campaign is to kill the drugs, according to the latest report since July there are total of 3,556 killed, 21,682 arrested and 729, 915 surrenders from the strong campaign for war on drugs.
