Poland to exhume Smolensk crash bodies
Flowers left by the Polish President Andrzej Duda on a sarcophagus where President Lech Kaczynski and First Lady Maria Kaczynska were laid, placed in the antechamber of the Crypt Under the Tower of Silver Bells beneath the Wawel Cathedral, where the Polish presidential couple were laid. In a few days, on the 14th of November, a special team of investigators from the National Prosecutor's Office, headed by deputy Attorney General Marek Pasionek, will start to exhume the remains/bodies of the 2010 plane crash in Smolensk, western Russia, including those of President Lech Kaczyński and First Lady Maria Kaczyńska.
