Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced yesterday night that currency note of rupee 500 and rupee 1000 are no longer legel tender.The action has been taken to stop corruption, blackmoney and illegal transactions.Indians struggled to pay for basics goods like fuel and food on wednesday and fretted about their savings, after the government withdraw 500 and 1000 rupee notes from circulation in a bid to flush out money hidden from the tax man.
