Taoiseach (Irish PM) Enda Kenny, and Heather Humphreys (PICTURED), Minister for Art, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, and Pascal Donohoe, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, launched today The Creative Ireland Programme 2017-2022, a culture-based programme designed to promote individual, community and national wellbeing, an invitation to the entire country of Ireland to get involved in something truly inspirational, a collaboration between central and local government, between culture and industry, between artists and policy makers - to facilitate an ecosystem of creativity.
