Mamata Banerjee Chief Minister of West Bengal along Subrata Baxi MP, Suvendhu Adhikari State Transport Minister, Sisir Adhikari MP and Mr. Rajan B Raheja, Vice Chairman of Exide,Goutam Chatterjee CEO and MD of Exide at the inauguration a state of the art battery Making Plant at the Haldia Factory of Exide industries plant ,Built in Technical collaboration with East Penn Manufacturing Company of the USA ,at a capital Investment of Rs 700Core,the new plant will use the latest "Punched Grid Technology" to manufacture the most technically advanced Lead Acid Storage Batteries in the Country on January 02,2016 in Haldia,West Bengal,India.
