Iraqi Christians Refugees in Jordan
Iraqi Christians Refugees in Jordan on 2 March 2017. There are now more than 500,000 Iraqi refugees in Jordan. The vast majority are illegal, enter as tourists and at three months, without the visa, are already in the sub-society. From marginalized to outcast. They flee from Iraq terrified by the threat of the Islamic State, without having had time to make a suitcase, and still have fear in the body. Christians, when they received some kind of threat, beheaded animals or the word unfaithful in their home, prayed for a morning and escape. Families such as these images prowl the streets of Amman in search of other Iraqis who can accommodate them. (Photo by Alvaro Fuente/NurPhoto)
