Japan Festival Phallus
Festival goers waits for a large phallus shaped portable shrine during the annual Kanamara Festival in Kawasaki, Japan on April 2, 2017. The fertility festival, originated from prostitutes who wished to pray for good business and protection from sexually transmitted diseases, nowadays, celebrates for fertility, relationships and safe sex practices, including AIDS prevention. Attracted with Tens of thousands festival goers including tourist, people can buy penis shape candies, key chains, trinkets, pens, chocolates and even toy glasses with a plastic penis nose.
