Chilean and Argentinian inhabitants of the Puelo and Cochamó Valley held a cavalcade and march for the defense of the rivers of the Valley of the Puelo in the city of Puerto Montt, where they met with the regional authorities and give to the president Michelle Bachelet a petition to definitively protect the rivers of the zone and demand the definitive prohibition of the construction of the hydroelectric power plant Mediterráneo in Puerto Montt, Chile.
