Quezon City, Philippines - Militant groups run around a burning effigy of President Benigno Aquino III during the President's State of the Nation Address (SONA) held in Quezon City North of Manila on July 28, 2014. Protesters assailed President Benigno Aquino III administration for betraying the people's trust in its gross abuse if discretion and blatant misuse of public funds. The Supreme Court declared unconstitutional the improper use of savings and unauthorized spending under the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) program of the adminstration.
