103th Anniversary of the First Company March
The 65th 'Lesson of Singing' in Krakow. Hundreds of people attended the 65th 'Lesson of Singing' on Little Market Square in Krakow during the commemoration of the First Company establishment on August 3-5, 1914, in Krakow by Jozef Pilsudski. The First Company (around 150 soldiers) marched on 6 August 1914 from Krakow to Michalowice, overthrowing Russian border posts. After taking Kielce and unsuccessfully attempting to break through to Warsaw in order to provoke the uprising, the First Company returned to Krakow, becoming the nucleus of the Polish Legions On Saturday, August 5, 2017, in Krakow, Poland.
